Hastelloy C22 ball valves are made of a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with tungsten, providing exceptional corrosion resistance, especially in harsh environments, and the alloy composition includes 56% nickel, 22% chromium, 13 % molybdenum and 3% tungsten. Its mechanical properties include high tensile strength (690 MPa), yield strength (310 MPa), and good ductility.
