Incoloy tube fittings consist mainly of nickel (38-46%), chromium (19-23%), and iron, with small amounts of molybdenum, copper, and titanium. This alloy has excellent carburization and oxidation resistance. Its mechanical properties are tensile strength of approximately 585 MPa, yield strength of 240 MPa, and elongation of 30%. Incoloy fittings are structurally sound under operating temperatures and pressures. Their superior corrosion resistance makes them ideal for severe chemical conditions, providing both long-term performance and strength without failure or degradation with time.
